I used to love this place and I've kept coming back hoping they've gotten their act together. But it's really gone downhill. They skimp on ingredients soooo much. Whatever seasonal flavor you choose, you're lucky if you get more than a couple small pieces of it. My small peach dream tonight had almost no peaches in it. The cherry pie from last week...barely any cherry pie. The pie flavors always advertise that you get an entire slice of pie in it, but you usually get nowhere near that much.
We normally love this location, but we tried to go last Saturday around 1:30 and it was completely empty. Empty. We went through the drive-thru and when we got to the window you could tell the store hadn't even been opened yet, 2 1/2 hours after opening time. Disappointed to have to tell our kiddo they couldn't get ice cream that day. Hopefully they'll be open when we try to go next time!
The last 2 jitterbugs I have received here will not mixed at all and had the coffee concentrate just poured on top so it is super bitter. On top of that with how full it is, whenever I try to mix it to get a better ratio it spills all over me. It got all over my legs and shorts and I had to do asap stain removal once I got home.
