It was delicious and so fast! Kind staff. What a nice change, really, to experience real customer service? And most shocking thing...when I paid by credit card, it did not ask me for a tip!!! Honestly, this places deserves tips because the servings are generous, you get so much more for your money! You can taste the quality in each bite.

With a name like “Jackhammer” I was hoping that would mean the middle of the cup of custard was filled with fudge (especially considering their other cups are called “Concrete,” it didn’t seem like too much of a stretch). Paying $9 for standard vanilla custard with a dollop of hot fudge on top was disappointing. The woman at the counter did correctly point out that the hot fudge is shown as a “topping” on the menu, not a filling.

Tried for the first time today...definitely worth the calories! Absolutely delicious. Will be back to try all the varieties for sure. So yummy!

Meh. Having lived 5+ decades on this planet, I’ve learned to set my expectations very low and that way rarely do I get disappointed. Andy‘s frozen custard met all of my expectations. Their frozen treats are uninspired copycats of Dairy Queen with a heftier price tag. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fine. But that’s it, it’s just fine.
