1st time at this location, I usually visit the Parker franchise. Ordered 2 medium custards, one chocolate cake seasonal and one bootydaddy. Get two different sized cups and when asked why the sizes were different the older gentleman running the counter says when blending the bootdaddy it ends up being larger amount of custard then the chocolate cake lol. It was delicious and so fast! Kind staff. What a nice change, really, to experience real customer service? And most shocking thing...when I paid by credit card, it did not ask me for a tip!!! Honestly, this place deserves tips because the servings are generous, you get so much more for your money! You can taste the quality in each bite.

Great service! Was a bit busy in the evening with everyone wanting a sweet treat and the guy running the drive up ordering system was quick and kind. The crew inside was also hustling as the walk up was busy too. Everyone was very kind and the concretes were great :)
