When I came here I had the most horrible experience, when I ordered a a plain cone the boy taking my order was very disrespectful and I could clearly see he was on his phone; I had asked for his name and I remember it being Levi, this boy also had very greasy and unkept hair which one piece of hair did get in my food!!! GROSS! When I asked for a refund he got angry and told me to be “greatful” which is why I will never come back here again.
The boy at the window Levi was very rude and I asked for a blueberry concrete I got back a plan vanilla concrete. He also gave me no spoon and when I asked for one he rolled his eyes and shrugged. As I drove away he gave me a very dirty look. The ice cream was great even if it wasn’t what I asked for but the costumer service was terrible.
Wonderful place to indulge your sweet desires
Does anyone else think that frozen custard has gotten a little pricey around here? I just spent $10 on a concrete. There should be a prize at the bottom of the cup for that price. And not a crappy one either.
The smell at Andy’s in Osage Beach Missouri is absolutely unbearable. The worker who I asked about the smell tonight said it’s from the sewage plant next door. I cannot believe they would keep their business at this location. It smells worse than an over filled porta potty at a carnival. It really does smell like there are 100 over filled porta potties.
