If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would!!!! It’s not like this place is cheap so when ordering you expect they would get your order right!!! I ordered 9 things & out of those 9 they got 4 wrong & didn’t even give me one that I did order, now yes it was my fault that I didn’t ask for the receipt when he just gave my card back to me!! My son and I recently visited Andy’s Ice Cream, a place we’ve loved for years, to enjoy a sundae together. We’ve been loyal customers for a long time—probably spending thousands of dollars over the years—because of the consistent quality and the people who make it special. Small custard is very small. Very very small. Supposed to be two scoops looked like one to me.
Absolutely flawless experience! Person met me with an iPad made a recommendation bc I had never been before. Told me to pull around and I hand my card receive my card and.... That fast, and my ice cream was there! It was delicious! I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from beginning to end. Simple, but hard to come by these days.
