We are Andy's LOVERS but this location needs some work. After numerous visits with subpar customer service, bad smelling ice-cream and getting sick. We are giving this Andy's a break for a while.

The last three times I've ordered here the ice cream was pure liquid. The last two times it made me sick. When I order a medium they give me a small. I will never be going to this location again. When the new one on berry road opened this location's quality went to pure garbage.
I wanted to bring to the Manager's attention a disappointing experience I had during my visit to your drive-thru tonight. I understand that many of your staff members are young, but I believe that respectful and professional customer service should always be a priority, regardless of age.
