I don’t know how you can screw up frozen custard but these guys did it. Both mine and my girlfriend’s were very half baked ideas. I got a Stolen Brownie Sundae and it had nearly NO custard in it. It was a scoop of vaguely brownie-like material, a ridiculous amount of pecans and a small amount of pre-melted custard somewhere mixed in for comedy.

I drove 16 miles with 5 kids arriving at 11:43 to be told they already cleaned up so we were unable to purchase anything other than pints.Then was told the available flavors which left two kids unable to get anything. One of the flavor choices was cookie dough it was all chocolate that's not what cookie dough usually looks like we turned around and drove all the way back to have the kid that was working the window tell us oh sorry it's chocolate chip cookie dough so that's what it looks like.

The manager here, maybe about 65, watched outside as we sat in front of the menu clearly looking at it to decide what we want. We took maybe 5 minute maximum (nobody was behind us the whole time) because we were trying to decided while budgeting because we weren’t sure we would have enough. We go ahead and tell him our order and as we pull around from the window we can hear him yelling about us from inside angrily. genuinely upsetting
