Just stopped at the bolingbrook store. Waited in line for 10 minutes only to find out that they couldn't make any shakes or malts. Don't know if it's because the machine wasn't working or staff on site didn't know how. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Yesterday at 5:30, the young man outside taking orders proceeded to finish taking someone's order then walk away from his original spot without saying anything. I thought he was switching with another worker or something. When I finally asked if he wanted the line to move up he gave me an attitudy "yea ". I hope that the job here is stressful because at least then it would somewhat validate the lack of professionalism in staff.
Why did you put a location so close to my house??? Banana split was perfect!
