Customer service is wonderful as always, but unfortunately the quality of their concrete has gone down recently. As a longtime Andy’s goer I am used to my mix ins being dispersed well through the entirety of my concrete. Recently however, I’ve noticed the toppings are just thrown on top in, frankly, pitiful amounts. I hope that it’s just because of the summer season beginning and not a permanent change.
Customer service was excellent here it was very fast and the cashier, Xavier was so polite and helpful! Me and my daughter really enjoyed our treats!!
Andy's Frozen Custard has a variety of items to select upon... I got the Reese's Concrete cup and it was amazing. The place has great parking.
