I am at the andys in mansfield and it was horrible customer service, i asked for vanilla WITH brownie chunks and i get no brownie junks and just hot fudge and vanilla, when i tell the worker about it he tells me “ i made it i can see the brownie chunks” after i already told him there was nothing there and on top of that the ice cream was melted when i got it.
What ice cream place doesn’t have whipped cream? The custard is good but the lack of whipped cream makes no sense to me.
