I stopped by Andy’s at 3121 E. Broad St. in Mansfield today (July 16) around 1:15 p.m. and ordered a soda freeze. I was disappointed because it wasn’t filled all the way to the top like they always do at my favorite Andy’s in Grand Prairie (317 Westchase Dr.). I’ll definitely be sticking with the Grand Prairie location from now on. They always fill the cup to the top, and I feel like I’m getting what I paid for. Part of loyalty program. Tried the first taste of the Key Lime Custard, new product. Pretty good. Needs much more lime, and more crumble, but good. Also, come down a $1.50 on the price for the medium.

I love Andy’s but this place is not the one to go to! Asked for extra lemon bar mixed in my concrete and they only added the lemon bar on top so my medium cup was nothing but vanilla custard topped with lemon bar….i also ordered a mint chip with cookie dough and I didn’t get any cookie dough. Super disappointed in the laziness of this staff.
I came to this location yesterday and while eating my ice cream, I found two strands of blonde hair in my ice cream. Employees should be wearing hair nets. Disgusting!!!
