My family and I love Andy's. We have been to several incredible locations across the United States with caring staff and delicious sundaes and were looking forward to trying this location. However, we were severely disappointed by what we experienced here. This place should be ashamed to call themselves an Andy's when all they do is tarnish the reputation of the franchise and must be shut down immediately for not only the poor service but also the threat it creates towards public health.
