Absolutely ridiculous customer service. The store was still open, and I simply and politely asked for a napkin because I had to fix my bike on the street. They rudely refused and told me they were closed—even though I was already inside the store. They asked me to leave the store like I was a homeless or a beggar!! Refusing to give someone a single napkin is unbelievably petty and shows a complete lack of basic courtesy. Rude and nasty employees!
Amazing as always
I really didn't want to make this because I love Andy's frozen custard. Its one of the only ice creams I actually eat but the last few times I have gone just to get a regular oreo concrete. They dont/havent put any Oreo in my frozen custard. Like genuinely I felt like I ate an only vanilla concrete, and when I respectfully asked about the oreo, I was disrespected and was told they put exactly what the recipe was.
