I would have gave this place 5x star but it’s a little pricey. My mom step dad and I came here and got the new lemon concrete and she got strawberry shortcake. Everything was good but it was like $17 for two.
Fast service and the outdoor heater was great for this cold weather.
The single worse location Andy's has terrible service have to drive to Orland because this group is so unccommidating and terrible job making everything do not waste your time here!
