There was a roach in my wife's ice cream. I tried calling multiple times but no one answered. We are never going back here! Disgusting!
We love Andy's but I gave it 4 stars because the girl working the drive thru didn't know what she was doing & was distracted by someone/something else. We ordered 2 custards (got 3) & they were all wrong. We kept trying to explain to her over & over what we wanted & she couldn't grasp the order. She shouldn't be working the drive thru. Oh, our order was from the Andyversary - Chocolate Cake Concrete with hot fudge in the middle & Sundae.
