I used to love this place. My friends and I went last summer like twice a week, until we didn't have our water bottles wirh us one day and asked for three cups of water and learned they don't provide it. Haven't been since and we do miss it. Great place but we don't believe in places who charge for basic services, especially after the process they're already charging. Maybe they'll learn their lesson one day???

I used to love coming here until recently when I was overcharged and didn't realize it until looking at my credit card transactions. I had ordered a small vanilla sundae with the buttery crumble topping and pecans. The total was supposed to be $7.40. I was charged $19.90. The girl working at the register didn't say anything to me (not even a greeting) and also didn't give me a receipt. Didn't think anything of it because I've never had issues with this before.
