Very melted ice cream for calling it "concrete" but that's some people's jam. Very fast service. Great flavors.
Andy's is absolutely the best!!!
Love this place usually, but not sure what’s going on. The kids size used to be a good portion for younger kids, but when ordered today they gave my daughter what appeared to be about two tablespoons of custard. More like a sample size. I’ve also never been asked how many “scoops” I want, given its soft serve custard. Hopefully it’s just a one off with a new employee, but this visit was a bummer and easy to understand why no one else was here.
