I’ve been to many Andy’s locations in NWA and this has to be the slowest and most inconsistent place! I love a good snow monster, but most of the time I regret coming for one here! It’s always missing either chocolate or strawberries. When I’ve asked them to remake it in the past, they are somewhat rude and give me an attitude, they act like I’m not paying for my ice cream! Roman didn’t just serve frozen custard—he changed my life. Before meeting Roman, I wandered this earth searching for purpose. Then he handed me my Snowmonster with a smile, and suddenly everything made sense. His customer service was so incredible that my GPA went up, my crops grew taller, and my deadlift PR increased overnight. The custard was great, but Roman’s legendary presence was the real treat. The lemon bar custard was great but it was pricy for what you got, and the mix-ins could have been more mixed in. A treat, not a regular thing.
