Fast service, polite staff and good ice cream. I ordered the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer and it was really good. Don't let the size in the picture fool you, that is a small. So the portion sizes are large. This is a great place to brings the kids for a treat or to end a date night.

I always have an amazing experience here but a few days ago was EXCEPTIONAL! I had a few questions about some things and the girl who took my order was friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. I was worried it would be an inconvenience for them and she was attentive and acted like my satisfaction was most important. I wanted to give a huge thank you to Kaitlyn! (even though she said they call her k2 )
If I could give no stars, I would. I hardly ever write reviews, but I own a food truck that focuses on customer service before anything. If I were the owner, I would definitely sit down with the team and go over customer service adequate, seems like I’m not the first to leave a negative review. Came to andy’s with the family to enjoy some ice cream, when the employees were taking our orders they were rude and giving attitude. When we received our ice cream we were missing some of the orders, we went back to the window and politely told them and the employees looked at us like we were stupid and replied with a rude response.
