Just left this Andys. I paid almsot $13 for my large custom concrete to get home and find out they forgot the cheesecake which ironically was the main thing I wanted. So what am I supposed to do? Call? Drive all the way back there? I mean the quality is good, the ice cream is good but come on. For people paying that much it should be right. Twice now my order was incorrect.
$20 for 2 ice creams and still managed to mess up a small hot fudge sundae… went back up and asked if they can just add the fudge and she said “Yeah for $1.30 more since we didn’t charge you” .. didn’t charge us? we just paid you just under $20! Literally the worst customer service. I shouldn’t have to pay more because of someone else’s mistake- especially with how the prices are already so high.
