Product is great. Service was lacking. Manager eventually resolved the issue. New app update is terrible.

I ordered the new blueberry cobbler sundae and the strawberry shortcake sundae. They charged me for both, handed me my girlfriend's blueberry cobbler sundae, and then told me they were out of the strawberry shortcake.
