Was in the area visiting family and decided to try frozen custard as Id never heard of it before. The man at the counter (Joe? I think) explained to me what frozen custard was compared to froyo or ice cream. Very helpful and the triple chocolate concrete was very good!
Past few times they have skimped me out on candy toppings really bad for the price you pay. First world problem but pretty disappointing
Firstly, the customer service and speed of this location has always been A+ in my experience--when AT the store. Kudos on that, and the product is great. However... The first time I went there when they opened, I got a Pick 6 pack of half-pints, and found that the flavors we'd chosen were mislabeled so we didn't have the right ones. Cookie dough containers were actually filled with chocolate, etc. I had the app; there was no path to contact customer service.
