Overcharged for my order. Asked the cashier about it, he lied to my face. I requested a receipt and sure enough I was charged for something I didn’t order. This has happened on multiple occasions at this location--I won’t be coming back.
I frequent this location because it is closest to me. I lived in Springfield for many years and they definitely serve up quality and know what they are doing there. Of course, their headquarters are located there. Most of the time the Centerton location gets my order correct. They could use some improvement though. Maybe some training in Springfield? Quick and great service. Always fast, and the quality is consistently good.
Good treats. High prices. Nice people. Worst drive in/parking situation. They should have rethought location. If you go when busy you’ll get stuck in a traffic jam.
