Car in front of me took 5 minutes to order their freaking food so I couldn't get my ice cream, even though I got there before close. I was literally the last car in line and the guy comes out and says nope you're done. Whatever man, never have to deal with rude people at Culver's.
Sat in the drive thru behind a car who got their order already for 15 minutes while there was a line. The car finally pulled forward and when we got to the window we got "sorry that was my friend"... Ok? You couldn't wait until after work to talk to your friend? You just wasted everyones time including the companies.
My family LOVES Andy’s! We are frequent visitors at the Glen Ellyn location and are always impressed with the consistently efficient and pleasant service. 10/10 I recommend it all the time!
Girl with black hair, short had the WORST attitude and should not be working in retail especially a drive thru. Clearly she does not like her job, manager should rethink about this person. Made fun of my partner that barely spoke english and acted like she had to be forced to help. Going to corporate about this.
