Came tonight to use a $5 reward that expires tomorrow and got told I couldn’t use it because the reward system is down. Come on, you couldn’t just take the $5 off? This is ridiculous. Super disappointed in the lack of customer service. This would have been SUCH an easy win, but instead left a sour taste in our mouths.

Andy’s are the best,quick service, amazing taste.
Not sure what’s wrong with this location. Can’t figure out how to make 2 out of 5 items correctly, even 1 more (simple hot fudge sundae) a second time, and missing an item from drive through. Only customer at the whole place. Items in the bag were destroyed, ice cream poured all over the inside of the bag.
