When ordering a pecan concrete and then having it handed to me with the custard dripping all down the sides, you'd think the girl would have wiped it down first. After asking her to clean it up, she threw it out and asked the people to make another one. How lazy came a person be? Do you ever clean up at home? I won't return while inconsiderate and incompetent people work there!
The staff are phenomenal! Quick, clean, and make the items I order with excellence! Keep up the greatness, please - I am addicted to the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae (Large Size of course lol). Highly recommend this location!
my friends and I went to Andy's at bluhawk tonight around 9. We ordered 2 small bootbaddys in two separate orders meaning each order would be around 7 dollars. When we got to the window she (Maya) said the total was 28 dollars. Which is not how much 2 ice creams are. We told the lady at the window that we only had ordered 2 small ice creams and it should not be 28 dollars.
