My co-worker talked highly of Andys. being that this was my first time I ordered the original staw-ana sundae and I really enjoyed it until I got to the middle section and got a taste of hand sanitizer or soap. I could not finish it as the taste just ruined it for me.

I purchased a concrete vanilla ice cream with Heath pieces today, its usually my go to and love it every time. Unfortunately, the latter half of the dessert had a strong chemical taste, resembling soap or hand sanitizer. It even caused numbness on the roof of my mouth, which was concerning. I was unable to finish it and had to discard the rest. Overall, a very disappointing experience, please make sure your machines are properly cleaned.

Thea guys are very customer friendly they can do what you want. Might not have Dr. pepper but whatever they got they will mix together fer ya and the custard is omg bomb!!!

I used to like coming here but they have started really skimping on toppings. A Jackhammer is supposed to have the complete center “filled” with a second topping. There’s not even enough to mix through all the custard. I always end up with nearly half my cup just plain custard. They have done this three times in a row, so I’m guessing this is now the “norm”. For these prices, I can do better elsewhere.
