We were told our total was going to be $10.82, we got to thr window and were told $15.62 and we were told "idk whats the price" then when we got our ice cream it was ALL over the cups, the custard was grainy, the gooey butter cake was not good at all, and the chocolate cake was also gritty and blended till it was tiny Itty bitty chunks, and other peices were massive. Greatly disappointed by this.
First, we LOVE Andy's but... tonight the young man grimaced at us after he had totalwd our order twice before we were done ordering for our family of five. He was holding someone's chocolate cone that was melting all over the counter. After we paid, he tried to call out the customer for the cone and of course the customer came to claim it right away. The poor guy had ice cream melting on his shorts as he tried to put most of it in his mouth to stop the dripping... what a mess!
Ordered a small strawberry concrete for 6 bucks and it had almost no strawberries. The ice cream was good but it wasn't exactly what I ordered. Weak effort.
This place is amazing. If you love ice cream you've got to try it. Is won't disappoint!
