**Update: the owner's son reached out to me recently (over a year after I first reviewed cuz his dad never checked his own reviews and the son just noticed them) to explain to me that they've had problems with their phones the last few months and have had land line issues for years because they're in an old building. I don't know how the age of the building affects phone lines so take that with a grain of salt I guess but the problem we brought my husband's car in for WAS fixed it was just really frustrating trying to get ah... read more
