Can’t recommend this company. They quoted me over the phone for $166. I told them exactly how many rooms and number of stairs to be cleaned. They came when my wife was home and they tried to charge her $599. The tech said the original quote didn’t include shampoo. A $433 up charge from the quote is wild.
Terrible service. The tech never showed during the three hour window. I called and asked if they were still coming. They lied and said they tried to call me the day before to confirm our appointment, they never did. But then the tech had to go out of the country this morning. Don't use them. Poorly managed business. Use someone else.
No area left undone. The living room, the sofa set, the stairs, and including the bed rooms. Super satisfied and happy with the results. Glad I made the right deal and people. Thanks again!
Very easy to make an appointment with. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet looked great I’m very happy with the service. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended
