The best decision I ever made. Andy is a meticulous, trustworthy contractor. Ipe wood deck is the envy of the neighborhood. Walls were in deplorable shape requiring major repair and replastering and Andy skim coated the walls, primed and painted; they are beautiful now. Removed and replaced baseboards, installed new lock hardware on all the doors in my home. Bath tub recaulked by Andy after he removed corroded shower enclosure.
