I was overcharged to have my float repaired. 2 latches replaced, 2 rivets replaced, and tie up point put back on side, charged nearly $1,000, 5.5 hrs labour at $130/hr. 1/2 and hour labour to put 2 rivets in. Took gouges out of my paint where he removed old latches and not even repaired. No care. Bad workmanship. Just had a really sad, expensive experience.
I previously posted a review , offered a $50 discount to do so. They provided a 770$ pre sale asessment service & then did $4k worth of work, installing solar and a new gas regulator amongst other alleged water damage repairs. Unfortunately, I have since discovered that the person who put the new deep cycle battery in with solar directly drilled through the gas line (I assume after the regulator was fitted because not only could I smell the gas but it was such a large hole that I could hear it). Andy’s is great, honestly after other interactions with caravan shops in town I will not take my caravan anywhere else. The staff are all tops and they will have my business for life. Thankyou very much for all the service I have received very the last year!
Our fridge /freezer in our motorhome died! Andy dropped everything to help us find a new one at the best price & installed it once it arrived. His son did a great job installing it - looks great & the beer is cold again! Thank you!
