Stopped here while traveling from MA because my Honda Pilot's step bar broke. The mechanic was polite and removed the other loose side bar in under a minute. He generously told me to pay "whatever I felt comfortable with," but his wife immediately shouted a ridiculously high charge from the background. The husband looked helpless, and when I questioned the price, she arrogantly told me no other mechanic could have done the job. I paid and left feeling extorted. Great technician, but terrible partner.
