Horrible. My husband went to the new location in Belvidere and asked for a flat top, the one girl said she doesn't do them which is fine. The owners daughter said she did, well when he came out it looked like he got a Indian mow hawk. It is horrible. She should have said she didn't know how to do that cut. You lost a good customer.
My husband has a classic sidepart. He went in for a trim, and the woman made his hair completely uneven, also taking too much hair off from behind the ears. The unevenness was very noticeable. He had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. If you need a buzz cut, they can probably do it, but the one woman was not good with scissors. The staff was nice though.
Did a great job with a haircut for teen boy, who came in with a particular photo, and left feeling like they crushed it. THANK YOU!
Great friendly staff, especially Melissa, who does my hair.
