Whatever you do, do not I repeat do not use this awning cleaning company!! We are an awning company 40 years in the business and they cleaned a customer of ours awning twice and totally wrecked the awning it's full of holes they don't use the right products to clean the awning and when we try to meet with them to discuss the issue at our customer's house they were refused to even meet with us!! Looks like a brand new awning! When the technician, Joe, first tried to get the black grime off our awning, it seemed impossible. The dirt was too soaked in over 4 years of traffic and soot. He tried another approach and, using much more product and a whole lot more hard work was able to get the awning looking great, even though he had to come back a second day to finish the job. We wish all companies in S Florida were as conscientious and hard working as this one. Highly recommended.
