Went to get my 96 Roadmaster wagon washed today and a lady came out, was very rude to me and told me they weren't going to wash my car because of some rust on the quarter panels, I've seen muddy trucks go in there and they get washed so why not my car??? I used to take my El Camino up there for a wash and never an issue but now all of a sudden theres an issue with my car, I'm not very happy at all and that lady could've been less rude to me, it was like I was inconveniencing her to wash my car. Although a little pricey Andy's is by far the most consistently thorough place I have found to have my car cleaned and detailed. Customer service by one particular employee leaves a lot to be desired. The man who does intake on everyday except Sundays and Wednesdays is consistently rude, does more talking than listening and should not be your first impression of this place. It's so bad that when I complained THE STAFF MEMBERS KNEW EXACTLY WHO AND WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT !!!! If you can get past his nasty attitude to actuall... read more

Oh my! My poor car was in need of a nice detail job due to my two chocolate labs that love to make a mess in my car. Let me tell ya Jerek detailed my car so great it looks stunning. Definitely worth it and will be going back for sure. Ask for Jerek he took his time and made my car look new again.
