I came in for an alignment. Pointed out to me was my worn lower ball joints. Andy said I would be just wasting money if I did the alignment, because I would need another alignment when I replaced them. So with the added surprise labor of replacing my ball joints I figured I'd be without my truck for a day maybe two. Andy had my truck done same day and at a fair price. I called Andy's twice 2 weeks ago and left a message to schedule an alignment and no one ever called me back..
First time with this shop, won't be the last. Great communication, straight up honest about what you need to have to do the job right. Calls you and let's you know prices and sets up appointments. Most importantly, test drives after work is completed.
