Had to go in for an emissions test and get a new sticker. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I made an appointment 6 days ago (July 16th) for an oil change and tire rotation. They gave me July 21st at 1 pm. I was there on time, told the guy I had an appointment and he asked for my key. I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour and 10 minutes and realized that they hadn't even moved my car yet. I asked the lady why and she said "oh, they must have had a rollover." LAME EXCUSE.
