I called to set up an appointment for an alignment. I told them I put on coilovers and lowered my car. They set up an appointment for me and when I showed up they told me they couldn’t do it because my car was too low. They didn’t check clearance. It seems like they just didn’t want the business. I’m frustrated because now I have to find another place to do it and I wasted my gas and time by going to this appointment for them to not even try.
Had to go in for an emissions test and get a new sticker. I was in and out within 10 minutes.
Short wait and very kind young man that helped me. Out within minutes.
