Web experience is this: Lure you in you from multiple sources saying units start at 1600. After drilling down and literally fighting their site and posts, you uncover the real pricing which is several hundred more for a studio than 1600. Where's these $1600 units you're advertising? Prices might fluctuate. Great, then don't advertise them at $1600. Misleading, manipulative & bad business practices. Not a good way to start a multi month agreement.
We had an awful time *attempting* to rent with Andy’s. TLDR, insanely tiny apartments and communication with the leasing office is nearly impossible. I was initially interested in Andy’s for its location and new construction. Upon touring, we found that the online listings make the units look significantly bigger than they actually are. Not what I expected. The building is still under construction and, at this time, still has major work that needs to be done. Parking is available in an uncovered lot for $200/month, and once amenities are finished, residents will also pay a shared utility fee of at least $100/month. I toured a 2-bedroom, and it felt much smaller than I expected, even the bathroom seemed bigger than the kitchen. While I appreciated our guide’s enthusiasm, I can't recommend this place at its current price point.
