Imagine living in a place where the hot water has never worked properly, it smells like weed 24/7, garbage is so inconsistent here Ive had to hold onto my garbage as the chute has been downed mutliple times and the A/C sometimes doesn't work. I am moving out this week after only being here since April 2026 this year, Id recommend moving somewhere else.
I’ve lived at Andy’s Apartments for about three months, and unfortunately, many of the building’s ongoing problems appear to come down to a lack of support and investment from RPM Living, the management company. To be clear, the onsite team deserves credit. From what I’ve seen, they are doing their best with the resources they have.
