Andy was awesome to work with. I had an appliance that we had difficulty troubleshooting. He stayed with the problem and when we had to eventually call someone else for a compressor he gave me a great recommendation. Andy even came back for a follow up when the same appliance acted up again (different reason). Would absolutely recommend his services and will use him again! Great guy.
I had a water leak on my dishwasher and I pointed out to him there was a bad leaking seal/gasket on the dishwasher door. I was expecting him to order a gasket and return to replace it. Instead he adjusted the damaged gasket and told me to monitor the water leak and I could call him back if i needed his help. Of course it was leaking again as he did nothing to repair the damaged gasket. He quoted $120 and charged me $170 for no repair. He was also on his phone a lot while trying to repair my dishwasher. Andy was fantastic! He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the dishwasher issue, and was fair and transparent about the repair. What impressed us most was that he also discovered a larger problem and took the time to help us address it. He’s clearly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. We’ll absolutely hire him again and recommend his services to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Quoted us 160. Charged 330. Literally told me in the future I could do this myself with a $30 machine from amazon. Spent 45 minutes tops here. Defrosted two fridges. That's it. Left a mess of wet garbage on my kitchen counter. Showed up unannounced 45 minutes early when I didn't have time to talk to him. Poor communicator. I asked what the problem was and he said he didn't know. I asked how to prevent it he said he didn't know. I want to support the little guy but wish I'd gone to a larger company.
