Andy was fantastic! He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the dishwasher issue, and was fair and transparent about the repair. What impressed us most was that he also discovered a larger problem and took the time to help us address it. He’s clearly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. We’ll absolutely hire him again and recommend his services to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Quoted us 160. Charged 330. Literally told me in the future I could do this myself with a $30 machine from amazon. Spent 45 minutes tops here. Defrosted two fridges. That's it. Left a mess of wet garbage on my kitchen counter. Showed up unannounced 45 minutes early when I didn't have time to talk to him. Poor communicator. I asked what the problem was and he said he didn't know. I asked how to prevent it he said he didn't know. I want to support the little guy but wish I'd gone to a larger company. Andy was great to work with! He was able to come out within a couple hours and fix our gas oven immediately as he already had parts on hand. Definitely will call again for future repair needs.
