Was told they would be out on Wednesday to repair washer and never showed. Called and they said that they made a mistake and will have to wait another week for repair to get completed. Would not recommend this company. Abran Robel

We had already completed several repairs in the washer and had even disassembled it (appropriately) for the technician, who was genuinely very nice. After a quick diagnostic, the technician’s recommendation was that in lieu of paying Andy’s $500 service charge for the part (retails at $130) and labor (the remainder, I assume), we simply order the part ourselves and install it ourselves. Had an appointment for today. I called for the time, after i received conformation email. They told me there is no appointments for today. Then the salesperson hung up on me. Thankfully, there's other professional repair people out there.They will get my business from now on. Tried to speak to a manager, but they were too busy to hear my concerns.
