Excellent experience. At the advice of BCAA we wanted to have our transmission checked due to some minor fluid leakage. There's a basic $90 charge for the check, which is totally fine, but when it only took them a few minutes to check and verify that not action is required, they didn't even charge us the basic service charge. Would definitely give them my business if ever needed.
If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. The price was very fair for all the hours they spent in fixing up my 2018 Grand Cherokee with 80,000k on it. I can’t say enough good things about Andy’s. I highly recommend them for any and all your drive lines issues. Great service and helpful and awesome communication. Thank you guys so much.
Chris was outstanding in helping us solve our issues with our car. I always felt he was honest and sincere! I would never hesitate to take my vehicle to Chris.
Edit; unfortunately the clutch began to fail (wouldn't go into first or reverse occasionally) aswell as shifted inconsistently after a few weeks. The bite point was at the very bottom of the pedal, which i was told was incorrect and it should be roughly closer to where the brake sits..I took it down to a local shop 5 minutes from me, and they were able to diagnose it as the incorrect Master Cylinder, as there's 2 part numbers and the one has to co-enside with the Slave used internally. I had my transmission fixed at Andy's last year and was happy with the work they did. I took my vehicle in for a commercial vehicle inspection yesterday and it did not pass due to some transmission fluid leak. I called Andy's, they got me in instantly, fixed the leak even though it was not part of what they fixed last year and charged me nothing! Above and beyond expectations is an understatement here, love this place.
