I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD I bought a tire from Andy Wurm Tire for $120 They mount and balance the tire on the rim. Turns out the tire is defective from the manufacture. I take the rim and tire back to Andy Wurm to let them fix the situation. They say they "the tire is defective" and they will replace the tire. However they are going charge me $25 to put the new tire on the rim. Should I have to pay? I feel no since they are the ones who sold me the defective tire to begin with.
