Customer service is usually great and they always help me find what I need... but I bought a pair of shoes for a Christmas present and was a little hesitant because of the color... the sales person assured me I could bring them back... he failed to say that they don’t do returns. Just finished the Backpacking 101 class with Mark and Corbin. They were very knowledgeable and offered valuable information for beginning our backpacking quest. Awesome, friendly staff and excellent customer service! We will definitely attend future classes!
