🧘‍♀️Definitely my favorite yoga class, conveniently located, with a spacious area and a high ceiling, making it a perfect place for yoga. Andy is extremely knowledgeable about yoga and very patient when it comes to teaching. Every session is thoughtfully designed to provide a balance of challenge and relaxation. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to begin learning from him in 2017. Thanks to Andy's guidance, I have enjoyed learning yoga and have enjoyed every practice.

The classes are both fun and challenging. Andy teachers in the Iyengar yoga tradition which promotes precision and a deep knowledge of each posture. I can truly say that my yoga practice here is not just beneficial but transformative. The sky garden setting is a very pleasant bonus to the always rewarding yoga sessions.
