Finding out this evening that I am CACELLED. No one told me, just talked to the office to see if my bill was correct. They cancelled me on the rental home owner insurance, but I paid the car insurance. I was told they have a signed document to debit this bill but they never did. I was afraid something would happen so I paid it on my own using my debit card. Tonight inm trying to cancel my auto draft and find out they cancelled both car and home on the 17th and never told me. Andy is very helpful and courteous, nice agent; however my policy keeps gradually going up on price very confusing.
