Terrible company. State Farm is not there! We were customers with Andy Southard for over 20 years and finally needed him to be there after a broken water pipe did water damage in our home. They said no, so we fought it and finally was given a check, after having to use our own money to prevent mold because they denied us so long. Now, after them treating us badly and having to pay a small claim (after 20 years of premiums) They CANCELLED our homeowner insurance without a phone call, email or anything.
