Andy Shaw’s Body Shop is the only place I take my vehicles when needed worked on! They never disappoint. Always quick service and looks brand new! Not to mention how great the staff is to work with!
Without getting into details, I just want to express how pleased I am with the service I have received, twice within a year's timeframe, from this shop. Not only is the work performed of upmost quality, but also is the personal service they provide. Back in November I hit a buck on the way to Franklin. I was nervous about my car since this is the first time this happened to me. I picked my car up yesterday morning and it looks brand new. I’ve attached a picture of what it looked like after I hit the deer and what it looks like now. I held my light up to the original paint and the new parts and they even got the metallic “shimmer” down and you can’t even tell it got the front end replaced.
This place is very shady….beware. We were told the price to get our car back was 200 when we get there we were told 240. Report submitted to better business bureau.
I have really enjoyed doing business with this dealership. I purchased my F-150 Lightning over a year-and-a-half ago and the purchase experience was great and the service experience has been great as well. They have an awesome team, and everybody is very nice and willing to assist. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership, and I certainly will. They are honest and trustworthy.
