I call Andy's for everything, and they absolutely never disappoint. I had a gas leak and those guys worked hard to get it taken care of! Amazing work that doesn't cost your kidney! Lifelong customer here!
Workers were nice, but we had went with Andy for the 30 day warranty. Called for toilet issues, and they came out pulled two flushable wipes out then flushed it. Told us not to use flushable wipes anymore then left. They didn’t try to pull more out after pulling those two out. We still have not flushed any wipes or toilet paper only urine. 3-4 days later it started doing the same thing and they told us we do not have a warranty because it was wipes? Update: The situation below did happen but they reached out and explained what has happened. Dont want to say the full story due to it was a personal story from the boss. But they worked really hard with us to make it up to us. We were put on the schedule ahead of several people to make up for our wait and all the workers that came to the house were very nice and professional. Andy's did a large amount of work for one of our softball complexes, which included all new pipes, all new no touch faucets, and a couple or urinal and toilet installations. We inquired about warranty work whenever all of our faucets but one were inoperable and leaking water. They were quick to come back and say that our pipes must have frozen, essentially voiding any warranty repair.
