I contacted Andy’s Plumbing to look at a clogged pipe under our house. The man that came out was very nice and said he would have our estimate soon. This was over 2 months ago. We have called many times (around 10 or 11 times) and keep being told they will call us back or email us with the quote by end of day. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Had a guy out to give us an estimate over 2 months ago. He said he would to finish the estimate at the office and would email or call us with it. After not hearing from them for a week I called and asked about it. They apologized and said it wasn't done yet but would send it by email that day. Waited another week and had to call again. They told me the same thing that time. We'll we just kept waiting and now we called today at 8 am and they said sorry they will get it to us in a hour. I contacted Andy's for a second opinion on my shower repair after another big company in town came out, charged me $308, and left my hot water pressure problem unresolved. Andy's fixed the problem promptly for $100 with no hassle. I will certainly be a returning customer. I would have given 6 stars if possible. Thank you!

Call these people three times and even showed up in person one time so that's a total of four times to get a bid from these people and they would never even return my call or show up. I don't understand maybe they just do insurance jobs or I guess they don't like my last name lol.
