We were considering replacing a 22-year-old furnace during the off-peak season. Andy drove to my house after work and carefully used an instrument to measure the furnace's performance. He then informed us that it was still efficient and could be used for several more years! He also suggested ways to prevent dirt from entering the furnace, which would help extend its lifespan. In the end, he didn’t charge us anything. His professionalism was greatly appreciated!

Tldr: kept upcharging Had them come by to look at our commercial unit that stopped blowing air. Technician came by and found some burnt out wiring. Replaced it and unit fired right up. I said great how much we looking at. He says about 300 il go grab my paperwork out of the van. Ok great. He comes back in and says "has your fan always been set to low?" I say I am unsure. They told me last week theyd honor the warranty for the compressor they replaced a few months ago. They showed up charged $200 to change a setpoint that didnt fix my issue. Didnt check pressures or do any kind of health testing on the freezer and when it was 80 deg in my freezer the next day he told me "too bad so sad" and wanted to charge me again just to come do the same nonsense they did the day before. Unprofessional and incompetent. Dont waste your time.
