Tried twice to arrange for a repair/replacement of a leaking toilet cistern. Failed to return any calls. if this is what customer service is about no wonder people as dissatisfied.

Andy is incredible. He always goes above and beyond. Andy has been looking after the boiler at our home for many years so we are very lucky to have had very few issues. He charges fairly for his boiler services and always comes back to us as soon as he can in an emergency even if he can't t come straight away Andy let's us know when he can come which makes us feel we are in safe hands. Andy plumbing is a company that anybody contemplating having the existing shower removed and a completely new designed one installed should contact them to receive the top service of this superb company . Andy operates his company with his son Chris and son in law Nathan who carried out all the work to the highest standards I cannot speak too highly of this company who planned the replacement shower and installed it without any fuss in less that a week.
