Keith Curtis was meticulous in preparing my front porch railings for painting. They were in pretty bad shape and required some replacement of wood, and a lot of sanding and caulking - all during a terrible heat wave. By the time he was through painting them, they looked like new. I highly recommend him and House Doctors.
We had House Doctors replace porch railings and wood rot around several tall porch columns. Will was very transparent with his estimates and the work was completed quickly and professionally. I will be happy to use House Doctors again in the future when needed.
I had some deck repair and staining done by House Doctors. The service provided by Keith was topnotch. He made sure everything was done in an excellent manner as well as explaining to me a couple of issues that came up as he got into the project and offering economical options for those. Communication with Laurie in the office was always prompt and pleasant. I would not hesitate to seek other services from House Doctors.
Today was our second visit by House Doctor Chris Meyer, and he left behind beautiful new towel racks picked out and installed by him, a replacement hall light fixture, re-caulked sinks in the two bathrooms, and new door locks. We have already started a punchlist of projects with Chris and appreciate having the same person to return to guide senior-proofing our home for safety and practicality. Thank you Chris and Lauren.❤️
House Doctors repaired rotted wood window frames and moldings. Replaced Window Kerf Seal weather stripping on all of our windows. Replace weather stripping on all exterior doors. Also hung a new mirror. Excellent Outstanding Work! We are very pleased. Our windows look like new. Keith, the technician, was Very Professional, courteous, and detailed oriented. He cares about his work and went above and beyond the contracted work. Laurie was great in keeping us updated on scheduling status.
