I would give a 0 rating if it were an option. 1. Installed a sink and cracked countertop. Countertop had to be replaced at cost of 1800.00. 2. Faucet on sink was put on backwards. 3. Installed towel ring which fell off the wall a week later. When I called MULTIPLE tomes about countertop damage, I FIN ALLY got a 100.00 refund for having to replace a1800.00 countertop.

Poor service, They suppose to fix the door which I could not open neither close and change the deadbolt. They could not install a deadbolt, they scratched it and also scratched my floor three times. After I read the manual, I could do it by myself but I had to pay then anyway.

Andy OnCall sent an incompetent technician to repair our front door. He dropped his wood planer into our wood floor multiple times in the process of crudely cutting an "adjustment" out of the side of our door and botching a lockset installation. Finally the technician collected payment and drove off, leaving me to finish the job myself. Andy OnCall's office was unreachable by phone. Your neighbor is probably handier and more considerate than this operation.

Hello, I have tried calling this place almost 4-5 times and they have not responded. I can call Rus in Vicksburg and he is honestly the face of the company, a very good tech that we have used in the past. I would not recommend using this guy. I doubt that they provide any customer service because they are negligent to pick up their phones. Do not use this company. Call anyone first

Stephen from Andy on Call was friendly, professional, and did good work. I would definitely recommend them and will use this company again in the future.
