I have read many reviews on this page. I have never once seen Xhinevee get out of character. This woman is excellent well mannered I love her. She has never raised her voice but if she had to defend herself maybe. This place is always about your needs. They try there hardest to please you. I will always return here

Patronizing this business was a very unpleasant experience. The gel polish had horrible bubbles. I returned to re-do my manicure. The technician said it was old polish and suggested I choose another color. The manager was quite unreasonable raising her voice at me and telling the technician he was going to have to pay for his mistake. She became so unhinged that she fired the technician on the spot then went outside and sat in her car until he was finished.
