Patronizing this business was a very unpleasant experience. The gel polish had horrible bubbles. I returned to re-do my manicure. The technician said it was old polish and suggested I choose another color. The manager was quite unreasonable raising her voice at me and telling the technician he was going to have to pay for his mistake. She became so unhinged that she fired the technician on the spot then went outside and sat in her car until he was finished. This was my first experience since the old place shut down, I sat down to get a new full set put on an while trying to take off my nails all aggressively instead of soaking them off tore into my nail bed and then told me to go ahead and stick my hand in burning acetone, I was upset an told that I should have said something before hand, I was not expecting this man to injure me!!
