Outstanding service by Wayne today. He went above and beyond to help answer questions. He’s a super friendly guy and double checked an issue I was having before he’d let me leave. I will definitely return to the Avon location as long as Wayne is there to greet me. Definitely 5 stars!!
Everyone here was so helpful with answering questions and getting me set up. Anthony helped get me into something I wasn’t expecting but absolutely LOVE! Fits my needs way better than what I was originally thinking I wanted. This VW Taos is perfect for my family. Highly recommend going through here and having Anthony help you out!
Visited Andy Mohr VW for the first time today following an out of state move and randomly ended up working with Wayne as our SA. Having no history here, it was truly one of those “cross your fingers” moments, and we were just blown away. Wayne delivered the best service experience I’ve had in my lifetime. Thinking I had a small repair on my air conditioner turned out to be a lot more than that. I am so glad that Wayne in service walked me through everything that they were going to do. He is so professional always has a bright smile and good laugh. I felt like my car was important to them as I was to them. Anytime I brought my car in for service. I have been so pleased with the way we have been treated. Wayne went above and beyond. Thank you!
