My Mother, Marjorie Hood, had a tire pressure warning appear on her information screen. She took it in to Andy Mohr VW in Avon, IN. The service gentleman, Wayne Washington, went above and beyond to help her. His kindness made her day. Personality plus!!
Thinking I had a small repair on my air conditioner turned out to be a lot more than that. I am so glad that Wayne in service walked me through everything that they were going to do. He is so professional always has a bright smile and good laugh. I felt like my car was important to them as I was to them. Anytime I brought my car in for service. I have been so pleased with the way we have been treated. Wayne went above and beyond. Thank you!
I can't say enough about the attention to detail in the customer service at the Volkswagen service center. I drove my car up from Florida. And the check brake pad light came on, called, got it in immediately took care of that situation, and then I had a oil sensor light, come on, called them got me in the next day, got that fixed. Wonderful service, thank you so much for taking care of My car. Mike is an outstanding and great on communication.

If zero stars was an option they'd get that. While the dealership sales side is outstanding the service department is falls far short of even being acceptable. They treat you as if your a burden for even having the gall to request your new car be serviced under warranty and recalls be performed. Took our vehicle in, again a new VW, for recalls and tires losing air. A week later was told it was ready. When I went to pick up the car I asked the service rep what was wrong with the tires to which he replied "I'm not sure". Okay,... read more
