Scheduled on the Toyota website to get new tires done. Drop off the car, and check back with the Service Advisor after 2 hours. SA tells me they just told her that "they just put it on the rack." Told them to take it down. No communication at all. Completely disrespectful of my time. When the tire guy brought it to me a minute later, he had a smirk on his face. If that was the only bad experience, it'd have still been enough to not go back. Before that, the oil change tech forgot to put the flap back up on my underbody panel... read more

Just spent a few grand to get my front end fixed upsold me on a few things which is alright I want my car to run correctly. But when I pop my hood to find broken wires and a valve cover leak I’m kind of disappointed. I thought the whole point of the “inspection” was to make sure my car is in perfect working order.

Truly one of the best service dept experiences I've ever had. QUICK, attentive, remarkably well staffed, this place had it all going in the right direction. My service tech, I believe Scott, was very direct with me, walked me through exactly what every scenario of repair would look like and even snuck a Purdue joke or two in on me. Genuine and honest, what else could you possibly ask for in a repair department.
